			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Par définition, l’entrepreneur est un porteur de projets. Il conçoit, planifie, finance, contrôle, réalise des activités et livre les projets qu&#8217;il a créés où qui lui sont confiés en respectant les délais et les budgets prescrits.</p>
<p>La crise dans le domaine de la construction est sur toutes les lèvres des citoyens, de la communauté d’affaires et des politiciens. <a href="http://www.radio-canada.ca/emissions/tout_le_monde_en_parle/saison8/" target="_blank"><strong>Tout le Monde en Parle</strong></a> dans les médias traditionnels comme dans les médias sociaux.  Par exemple, sur Facebook, « <a href="http://www.facebook.com/24septembre" target="_blank"><strong>Le mouvement du 24 septembre est en marche</strong> </a>» compte plus de 676 personnes qui appuient cet organisme de manière à mettre de la pression sur nos élus politiques afin que la lumière soit faite sur l’industrie de la construction.</p>
<p>Loin de moi l’idée d’utiliser cette tribune pour me substituer à la justice pour faire enquête ou procès concernant les allégations de collusion entre les entrepreneurs, les sociétés ou politiciens potentiellement concernés.    Je crois encore à la rectitude de notre système judiciaire et je demeure confiant que la lumière sera faite de manière à ce que les responsables répondent de leurs actes.</p>
<p>Comme <a href="http://www.cyberpresse.ca/actualites/dossiers/crise-dans-la-construction/201109/26/01-4451478-une-enquete-a-huis-clos-repoussee-par-lopposition.php" target="_blank"><strong>publié lundi le 26 septembre dans Cyberpresse</strong></a>, l’opposition de même que le co-chef de Québec Solidaire favorisent une enquête publique.  Malgré la pression publique, monsieur Jacques Duchesneau croit toujours approprier de procéder par une commission à huis clos menée par trois juges.  <strong></strong></p>
<p align="center"><strong>Quelle est votre position à ce sujet?  Que proposez-vous comme action?</strong></p>
<p>Je m’interroge également sur la perception et sur le message envoyé à la population.  Il est facile de conclure que la majorité des entrepreneurs sont tous des bandits ou des voleurs.  Vous l’aurez compris, la perception dépasse souvent la réalité et je demeure inquiet des dommages que cette situation pourrait causer à <a href="http://www.gestion-8020.com/2011/04/20/rapprochez-vous-de-vos-clients/" target="_blank"><strong>la réputation des entrepreneurs dans toutes les industries confondues</strong>.</a></p>
<p>La réputation peut être détruite en quelques secondes seulement.  Une réaction mal adaptée ou encore une action inappropriée pourraient facilement entacher la réputation d’un parti politique, d’une société et/ou de toutes personnes publiques.</p>
<p>La <a href="http://www.annemariecordeau.com/affaires/gestion-de-la-reputation-un-must/">gestion de la réputation est un must</a>. Si vous prenez la protection de votre réputation au sérieux, il est fortement recommandé de vous munir d’une stratégie de gestion de la réputation. Nul besoin de vivre une crise d’envergure comme la crise actuelle dans le domaine de la construction pour prendre en charge la gestion de votre réputation!</p>

<p>Faut-il que la publicité choque pour qu’elle soit efficace ?  Plusieurs prétendent que oui.  D’autres, par contre, la dénoncent en indiquant que dénoncer des actes intolérables ne justifient pas de les montrer avec toute leur brutalité.</p>
<p>Devrions-nous pas faire appel à l’intelligence de la population au lieu de provoquer et provoquer encore?  Est-ce là l’extension de ce que certains appelle l’hypersexualisation de la publicité ?</p>
<p>Le journal <strong>Libération</strong> présente un article fort intéressant sur le pour ou le contre de telles pratiques.  Ici au Québec, on commence à jouer avec le concept d’une façon beaucoup plus timide que les publicitaires européens.</p>

C&#8217;est ce que souligne Michèle Merli, déléguée interministérielle à la Sécurité Routière, à propos du clip «Insoutenable»: «il nous faut organiser des campagnes sur toute la gamme possible, pour toucher toutes les catégories de personnes qui utilisent la voie publique».»</a></p>
<p>Pour ma part il faudra faire attention de ne pas banaliser cette violence et perdre de vue le fondement et la raison même du message que l’on tente de véhiculer.</p>
<p>Libération conclue bien cette analyse en affirmant : <a href="http://www.liberation.fr/societe/0101640413-publicite-le-choc-c-est-chic">«Comme si finalement la pub n&#8217;était ni pire ni meilleure que la société.»</a></p>
